Draft Request for Proposals (RFP) for LAFCO's Countywide Water and Wastewater Service Review

The Draft RFP and Scope of Services for the upcoming Countywide Water and Wastewater Service Review have been distributed to affected agencies and interested parties for their review and comments. The Final RFP will be presented for the Commission's consideration and approval on December 3, 2025.
