Commission Meetings
Regular Commission meetings are typically held on the first Wednesday of February, April, June, August, October, and December at 1:15 P.M., in the Board Meeting Chambers at 70 West Hedding Street, San Jose, CA 95110, or in another designated location.
Please refer to the Meetings and Agendas page for specific dates and times. All meetings are subject to cancellation or change.
Committees
Santa Clara LAFCO has a Finance Committee composed of three commissioners to work with staff to develop and recommend the proposed work plan and budget for the fiscal year and other special projects approved by the Commission. The Finance Committee meetings are held as necessary.

Pursuant to Government Code §54957.5, Any disclosable public records related to an open session item on the agenda and distributed to all or a majority of the Commissioners less than 72 hours prior to that meeting are available for public inspection at the LAFCO Office, 777 North First Street, Suite 410, San Jose, California, during normal business hours.
