Regular Commission meetings are typically held on the first Wednesday of February, April, June, August, October, and December at 1:15 P.M., in the Board Meeting Chambers at 70 West Hedding Street, San Jose, CA 95110, or in another designated location.

Santa Clara LAFCO has a Finance Committee composed of three commissioners to work with staff to develop and recommend the proposed work plan and budget for the fiscal year and other special projects approved by the Commission. The Finance Committee meetings are held as necessary.
