Santa Clara LAFCO is conducting a comprehensive review and update of its policies to better meet its legislative mandate; make its policies consistent with recent changes to State law; better document its current and historic practices; provide better guidance to affected agencies, the public, and potential applicants; and increase clarity and transparency of its policies.
