2010 Countywide Fire Service Review

The 2010 service review was conducted during a time of unprecedented financial challenge for local governments in California. This dynamic created strong interest among cities and special districts to find ways to maintain services at reduced costs. Management Partners reviewed pertinent information regarding each fire and emergency service provider in the County and conducted interviews with a broad cross-section of stakeholders. This information was analyzed and used as the basis for making the required determinations and to report on the focus review areas.
